Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, we replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange or return your order please email sales@nookums.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange on factory defects, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For items that fall outside of our Exchange Policy, your request will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for all products returned after the 30 day grace period or that have been used for any length of time and are not in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
